Emotional Intelligence Essentials

Feelings come with us into every meeting, invited or not. This course takes the five parts of emotional intelligence one at a time: noticing your own emotions, steadying yourself, finding what keeps you going, understanding other people, and getting along. It’s six short lessons in plain language, with real situations and a short quiz at the end.

$1 for now, while we’re getting going. Paid once, yours to keep.

See the course

It’s our first in-depth course, and more are on the way. Take a look, and let us know what would make the next one better. Your thoughts help shape what we build.

The free app

Short practices for the hard moments in an ordinary day. Each one takes a few minutes, follows one familiar moment, and leaves you one thing to try the next time it happens. It’s a good way in, before or alongside the deeper courses.

Free. No ads, no account.

What's in the app

Six courses, about 6 to 8 minutes each:

Each course follows one ordinary moment in the day: a call that pulls your attention away, everything landing at once, a mistake you’ve just spotted. You see what tends to happen in your head and body, then try one small, practical step. Some parts you read; others you tap open or swipe through.

The courses live inside the app, so they’re there even without a connection. Take them in any order. Nothing is locked or scored.

These are everyday skills, not therapy. They don't treat anything.
